Brewster Short Walks on Cape Cod
Linnell Landing and Crosby Lane Beach
Park at the main lot of Nickerson State
Park on Route 6A in Brewster.
Walk west on the Cape Cod
Rail Trail for 0.4 mile to a dirt road.
Walk north briefly to Cobie's
outdoor restaurant, then cross Route 6A
to Linnell Landing.
Walk north to the parking lot for the beach. Look
for an inland trail leading
east from the parking lot. Walk east on it to
the parking lot for Crosby
Lane Beach. Continue on an inland path
to Namskaket Creek.
Reverse to the parking lot, then walk north to
Route 6A, cross it, and left
on the rail trail to the start. 3.1 miles.

Print out the topo map. Park at the entrance
to the Brewster
Recreational Fields on Freemans Way, just east of Route
6 (001).
Walk east on Freemans Way over the bridge to (002). On the north
side, you will find access to a motorcycle track that goes all the way
south to the Route 6 interchange (003). Cross over on Route 137
(004) and walk north on it to a road leading to the Brewster Police
pistol range (006).
Circle to the south and east to a woods road leading north (007).
Follow it to Freemans Way and return.
