Yarmouth Short Walks on Cape Cod

Gray's Beach

Topo Map

Gray's Beach in Yarmouthport is a four mile walk that Janet Kaiser leads for
the Appalachian Mountain Club prior to her annual January chili party.  She
begins with a walk out to the end of the boardwalk, wanders in and out of all
the little nature walks around the area, and finally reaches the cemetery where
Mary is buried with her famous inscription castigating her neighbors in the
"Whaling Port" section.  The return to the beach parking lot is through a new
development west of Center Street, which is not on the topographical map.
Follow the waypoints from T01P01 to T01P29 and return (some waypoints
have not been used).
